With extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and commercial management across multiple sectors, Jolyon has a deep understanding of how to build sustainable, successful businesses. His analytical mind and structured approach complement our hands on property work perfectly.

Ashleigh is the heartbeat of Jennie Jones. With over 30 years in the property industry and 17 of those at Jennie Jones, she’s built a reputation as someone who knows not just the market, but the people behind every move.
Born and raised in the village of Snape, Ashleigh’s roots in the local area run deep. Her knowledge of the Suffolk coast and countryside is more than professional, it’s personal. She has an incredible knack for connection, and chances are if you live locally, she already knows you, or someone in your family.
Clients trust Ashleigh for her honesty, warmth, and uncanny ability to match people with places. She’s as comfortable managing a complex sale as she is catching up with clients over coffee, and her no-nonsense style is always delivered with genuine care.

Lettings Manager
Donna is the friendly, no-fuss face of our lettings service. With over 20 years’ experience in property and a background spanning estate agency, lettings, and property management, she brings clarity, calm, and confidence to what can often be a complex process.
While Aarran and Ashleigh handle the front-end lettings—viewings, advice, and introducing tenants to their next home—Donna steps in as soon as someone says, “yes, this is the one.” From that moment, she manages everything: applications, referencing, contracts, compliance, and day-to-day communication with both tenants and landlords.
She has a real gift for people, and it’s clear from the moment you speak to her that she genuinely enjoys helping others. Known for her straight-talking style and forensic attention to detail, Donna is always one step ahead—keeping things smooth, professional, and compliant every step of the way.

Pongo
Office Dog & Head of Morale
Pongo might not have a title you’ll find in a handbook, but around here, she’s one of the most important members of the team. As Head of Morale, she’s in charge of generating footfall for the office, greeting clients, inspecting properties (mostly the gardens), and making sure everyone feels welcome.
Between naps and the occasional enthusiastic bark at passers-by, Pongo keeps spirits high and conversations flowing. Clients love her company, and her natural curiosity means she’s often first through the door on viewings.
